The Travel Trust Association offers the most robust system of consumer protection in the travel industry. Unlike ATOL where companies receive payment from consumers and then can use the money as cashflow, the TTA hold all consumer money in a trust account. We can not touch the money until after you have returned from holiday. This means that in the unlikely event of our insolvency, there are no complex claims procedures for you to follow to get your money back. Your money is simply returned from the trust account.,

Holiday Master is a trading name of Inspiration Holidays Ltd. Our registration number with the TTA is Q5659. Simply visit the TTA website on this link and type in our registration number. You will find the name of the company listed together with the trading name Holiday Master.

Not only do you have the added security of TTA protection with your monies held in trust, all holidays we sell are also ATOL protected. The holiday we provide you will either be in our capacity as a retail agent of a licensed ATOL holder or it will be a holiday packaged under the TTA ATOL. All TTA members only sell holidays on behalf of licensed ATOL holders and therefore all holiday bookings will have an ATOL certificate issued and provided with the booking confirmation.

Holiday Master has chosen not be like the hundreds of online travel companies that operate in UK. We find that the vast majority of complaints in the industry are against online websites, and many of these are because the consumer books a holiday that is not suitable for their needs. We provide live pricing and availability for all our holidays, but we prefer to talk to our customers and make sure they know what they are booking and have chosen the most suitable products for their requirements

We will discuss your holiday requirements with you. Once we have agreed on an itinerary, we will make a booking and send you a link which contains full details of the itinerary, whats included, the price and link to pay.

Following the introduction of GDPR in May 2018 which introduced new much stricter regulations on the collection and storage of all consumer data, we no longer take card details over the phone. The link we provide you will be to Worldpay who act as the payment processing gateway for all TTA members. The payment will be taken over Worldpay’s secure systems and the money will be transferred directly to the Trust account. The payment link uses Verified by Visa and Mastercard Secure which ensures that no stolen credit cards can be used to make payments.

When you make a holiday booking with us, the booking is subject to our terms and conditions and those of the principle supplier. You will be able to view the supplier terms and conditions on the link we send you containing your itinerary details.
